Description

There are Low Miles No Miles trucks...and then there are the diesels that built a reputation tough enough to last generations. This 1999 Ford F-250 XLT SuperCab Long Box falls into that category, showing just 58,311 miles and powered by the legendary 7.3L Power Stroke V8, an engine widely regarded as one of the greatest diesel powerplants ever installed in a pickup truck.

Vehicle Overview

Finished in beautiful Dark Tourmaline Metallic over a gray interior, this 1999 Ford F-250 XLT is powered by its original 7.3-liter Power Stroke turbo diesel V8 paired with an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The odometer currently shows just 58,311 miles.

Completely stock throughout, this Super Duty represents the kind of truck enthusiasts search for today. The body, paint, and interior all reflect careful ownership, while the matching locking hard tonneau cover adds both utility and a clean factory appearance.

According to the seller, the truck has always been garage kept, and the condition of the paint and overall presentation certainly supports that claim.

Story

Ford's 7.3 Power Stroke has earned legendary status for good reason.

Simple, dependable, and capable of running for hundreds of thousands of miles with proper maintenance, these trucks have become increasingly desirable among diesel enthusiasts. Finding one is easy.

Finding one that's completely stock, rust free, and showing just over 58,000 miles is becoming much harder.

This truck has had just two owners from new, with the current selling dealer adding only around 100 miles during ownership.

While the truck carries a rebuilt title, the seller has included photographs documenting the previous damage and completed repairs in the gallery. Damage was contained to the front clip of the truck. The repairs have been completed, and the truck presents exceptionally well today.

Ultimately, this truck was simply too clean, too original, and too nice for us not to share with the LMNM community.

Condition

This F-250 presents exceptionally well throughout.

The seller reports no known mechanical issues and states the truck runs and drives exactly as it should. Recent maintenance includes a new tie rod, fresh engine oil and filter, fuel filter, and air filter.

The exterior paint shows extremely well, and the interior is also in excellent condition.

Perhaps most impressive is the underside. The truck is reported to be completely rust free, something that has become increasingly difficult to find on first-generation Super Duty trucks.

The truck remains factory original.

Overall, this is an exceptionally clean, low-mile Super Duty that offers buyers an opportunity to own one of Ford's most respected diesel platforms at a value that rebuilt-title examples can provide.

Letter From The LMNM Team

The 7.3 Power Stroke doesn't need much of an introduction.

For a lot of diesel enthusiasts, it's still the benchmark.

Reliable, simple, and capable of accumulating mileage that most engines can only dream about.

Ironically, this one hasn't had much of a chance to prove that yet.

With just over 58,000 miles, it's barely getting warmed up.

Yes, it carries a rebuilt title.

But here's what we appreciated: nothing is hidden.

The seller has included photos documenting the previous damage and repairs so buyers can make an informed decision. We believe transparency is important, especially on vehicles like this.

Beyond that, it's simply a beautiful truck.

The Dark Tourmaline Metallic paint looks fantastic, the body is exceptionally straight, it's rust free, stock, and still wears the kind of honest presentation that's getting harder to find every year.

Not every truck we auction has a perfect story.

But every truck deserves to be judged on its own merits.

This F-250 is exactly that, a remarkably clean, low-mile 7.3 Power Stroke that we felt deserved a place on LMNM.
