18K-Mile 2011 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch 4WD
Overview
Description
There are Low Miles No Miles SUVs…and then there are the ones that were simply preserved. The kind that never hauled kids to practice or made daily McDonald’s runs. This 2011 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch 4WD falls into that category, 18,750 miles shown and standing as a well-preserved example of Ford’s full-size SUV before the shift in drivetrain and technology that followed.
Vehicle Overview
Finished in a rich burgundy exterior over signature King Ranch brown leather, this extended-length Expedition EL is powered by its original 5.4L V8 paired with an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The odometer currently has 18,750 miles shown, and the vehicle remains highly original throughout.
The only noted modification is an upgraded set of halogen headlights, with the original bulbs included and retained in like-new condition. The tires have been replaced due to age rather than wear, further supporting the truck’s light use and careful ownership.
Story
This Expedition has had just one prior owner, with the current seller adding minimal mileage during their ownership. It has reportedly never been driven in snowy conditions and has been maintained with long-term preservation in mind.
Its low mileage and overall condition reflect consistent care rather than periods of neglect, with Carfax reporting routine oil changes and regular maintenance throughout its life.
Condition
As expected for a well-kept example, the truck presents cleanly inside and out. The exterior is reported to have no history of paintwork or body damage and shows no rust. The finish retains a deep, well-maintained appearance, consistent with the miles shown.
Inside, the King Ranch interior remains in excellent condition, with the signature leather showing minimal wear. Features include heated and cooled front seats, second-row captain’s chairs, a third-row seating area, and a full suite of factory options.
Technology highlights include navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, SiriusXM radio, rear-seat entertainment with dual headrest DVD screens and headphones, a backup camera with sensors, rain-sensing wipers, and garage door programming.
Mechanically, the vehicle is reported to run and drive as it should, with no current issues noted.

Letter From The LMNM Team
We don’t usually say this about SUVs but this is one that really stood out to us.
What makes this Expedition different isn’t just the miles shown, it’s what it represents. This is the last generation before everything shifted before the EcoBoost V6s, before the overcomplicated tech, before these trucks started losing that simple, proven feel they were known for.
You’ve got the 5.4 V8, a platform that’s been around and understood, and a spec that still feels like a proper full-size SUV. Add in the King Ranch interior and the level of preservation here, and it becomes something you just don’t come across often.
Most of these were used exactly how they were built to be used driven hard, hauled the family, in all weather, and racking up miles. Finding one that was kept like this, never seeing snow and showing this kind of condition, is getting harder every year.
It’s a different kind of LMNM vehicle but it fits exactly what this brand is about.
