9K-Mile 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 “Kowalski” Edition 6 Speed
Overview
Description
There are Low Miles No Miles cars…and then there are cars that bring a legend back to life. This 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 “Kowalski” Edition falls into that category, showing just 9,575 miles and representing a modern interpretation of one of the most iconic muscle cars ever put on screen built in a production run of just 10 examples.
Vehicle Overview
Finished in Bright White over a Gunmetal Gray interior, this Challenger SRT8 392 “Kowalski” Edition is powered by its original 6.4L HEMI V8 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. The odometer currently shows 9,575 miles, and the car remains largely stock throughout.
This special edition was created as a tribute to the 1970 Challenger driven by Kowalski in the 1971 film Vanishing Point, combining classic muscle car inspiration with modern SRT performance.
The original owner selected a Flowmaster exhaust, giving the car a more aggressive tone, while the original unused quad exhaust tips are included with the sale. A pistol grip short throw shifter further enhances the driving experience and ties into the car’s muscle car roots.
Story
This Challenger was originally owned by a Chicago-based Mopar collector who had a personal connection with Bob Frederick, the innovator behind the Kowalski Edition.
The current owner, now the second owner, has added approximately 200 miles during ownership, continuing a pattern of limited use and careful preservation.
Unlike many modern muscle cars that are modified or driven extensively, this example has been kept close to its original configuration, maintaining its identity as a limited-production tribute car.
Condition
As expected for a low-mile example, the car presents exceptionally well throughout. The exterior retains its original paint with no reported history of bodywork, while the interior shows minimal wear consistent with the miles shown.
The vehicle is reported to be free of rust and has no known mechanical issues. A recent oil change was completed approximately one week ago, marking only the second oil change since new.
Overall, this is a clean, well-preserved example that reflects both careful ownership and extremely limited production.

Letter From The LMNM Team
This one hits home for us.
We’re big Mopar fans in the office, and Vanishing Point is one of those movies that never gets old. A movie of few words, where the focus was on the sound of that ’70 Challenger rather than the dialogue. The whole idea behind this car taking that story and bringing it into a modern platform is just cool.
And the fact that only 10 of these were produced takes it to another level.
Getting around this one, it just feels right. The sound, the power, the way the car responds it still carries that same spirit, just with modern performance behind it.
What stood out to us is how well it’s been kept. It hasn’t been overdone or turned into something else it’s just a clean, honest example of a car that already had a story built into it from day one.
Cars like this connect eras. You’ve got the legacy of the original Kowalski Challenger and the performance of a modern SRT, all wrapped into one and in numbers this limited, it’s something you don’t come across often.
